Shipping Policy


We are based in Chicago, IL USA.  All orders will ship from this location. 

-Ordering & Shipping Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before it is shipped. Larger orders may take an additional day or two.  Please be considerate of shipping times as all orders are hand packed and serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment and transit times may be delayed.

  • All orders are packed & shipped on business days only (Mondays-Fridays).  This excludes weekends and major U.S. holidays.

  • Any order placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

  • All orders domestic and international are shipped via USPS.

  • At this time, we cannot offer overnight or 2-day shipping.  All dates are approximate when placing an order.

-International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • International shipments may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing time prior to shipment.

  • Any import duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees are due at the time of delivery and are solely the responsibility of the receiving customer.

  • International orders are shipped via USPS.

-Lost or Stolen Package

If your package is lost or tracking is not working, please send us an email to orders@confectionssyndicate.com.  Unfortunately, we are not able to replace orders that are lost or stolen.

-Cancel or Make Changes to your order

It is our goal to ship orders out as quickly as possible.  If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email to orders@confectionssyndicate.com.  We will try our best to assist.  unfortunately, after you place an order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes before fulfillment, however, we will try our best.

-Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final upon shipping.  Due to food and safety issues, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  However, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality products.  If your items is defective, please email orders@confectionssyndicate.com and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

-Delivery Delays

Our priority is to ship orders out as efficiently and quickly as possible, however we rely on USPS to delivery our items on time.  If a delivery is delayed Confections Syndicate, LLC cannot be held responsible.  This includes lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages that may occur during delivery.
